Kassel Residences Lipa will soon rise in Inosluban beside a gas station and Eternal garden.It will be different from the usual dormitories or residential areas in Lipa and Batangas. It will have seven three-storey buildings with a one-storey commercial building. The project will also have amenities like basketball court and recreational areas.

It will have over 2,000 units available and intended for students and employees from BPO, malls, industrial park and others which are just near the location.
