The Outlets at Lipa is bringing its celebration of fashion directly to shoppers.
Premium brands such as Levi’s, Giordano, Dickies, NBA Store’s Outlet The Yard and US Department Store will be joining the largest outlet mall destination in Luzon in its opening this 2018. Estimated to draw more than 10 million visitors annually, shoppers will be offered with premium brands in their preferred-style and budget. More brands are expected to join to make sure that the brands are well-represented for fashionistas to millennials, moms and savers.
Located in Lipa, Batangas, the site can accommodate as much as 27,000 sq.m. for outlet shops. It offers 80sqm. to 600sqm. parcels for anchor stores, restaurants, service businesses and other retail uses.
The Outlets at Lipa is set to be a world-class shopping destination in the Philippines. It will feature more global retail brands, positioning this shopping hub as one of AboitizLand’s biggest developments.
